- If you have an account, log in to Netflix.
- Click on the Your Account link at the top of the page.
- In the Account Details window, on the Membership line, click the Change link. You go to a page that lists all the plans Netflix has. Your current plan is flagged.
- Select the new plan you want to change to and click the Continue button. Netflix provides you with details on when your plan will change.
